Steven Zheng Founding Partner

Jade Group Co-Founder & President，Jade Capital Chairman. As a main founder of Jade Group in 2018, Mr. Zheng received his Bachelor’s degree from Harbin Institute of Technology and EMBA degree from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS).

Dong An Founding Partner

Mr. An received his B.S and M.S. degrees in computer science from Tsinghua University. Mr. An joined Jade Group in 2010 as an investment director. Prior to joining Jade Group, Dong has worked at IBM (China) and TusPark.

Chen Chen Managing Director

Mr. Chen joined Jade Capital in 2015 as a managing director. He is responsible for private equity investments. Chen received his MBA from University of Technology Sydney in Australia. Prior to joining Jade Capital, Mr. Chen has been worked at Digital China as a senior investment manager. Chen have more than 5 years of experience in private equity investment and capital operation.

Suling Xu CPA CIA Risk Management Director

Ms. Xu joined Jade Group as a risk management director in 2011. She is responsible for daily operations, internal control and compliance. She received her Bachelor’s degree in economics from Zhejiang Sci-Tech University .Prior to joining Jade Group, Ms. Xu was a senior auditor at Deloitte and a financial analyst/operations manager with IBM.

Ed Yu Investment Director

Ed Yu joined Jade Capital in 2017. He graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. degree in Finance. Prior to joining Jade Capital, Ed worked at Goldman Sachs and BlackRock in the New York offices. He is experienced in investment management, private equity and capital markets.

Yue Cao Senior Associate

Yue Cao joined Jade Capital in 2017. He is responsible for private equity investments and post-investment management. He graduated from the University of Sydney with a Master's degree in International Business.
